I search my mind for the perfect words. Yet, nothing seems to say
what I want to convey.
I have been gone for thirty days without a song to set a tune,
So, soon I wanted to return to the rhythm of our start.
Where my beats were off the chart and our universe flowed through
poets vines.
Where we made non alcoholic wine that left me drunk
and out of a lofty funk of a restless place.
Where my mind needed a space to celebrate it’s creativity.
So I sit after writing words of longevity and play with words
Please do not leave me undisturbed. Because, I miss you
As, I sit a poet without a clue peering trough an empty glass.

the big thing is that you did it…and you can keep right on doing it…just because nano is done does not mean you have to be…just move the finish line off 30 days…smiles.
